LOL, LOL...It DOES look like Submarine....Maybe it is a Sub that got Petrified?? WEll, it makes an interesting story....!
This reminds me of a rock near a favorite beach location of ours. It's called Fish Rock. The rock is populated with sea lions. It's quite the sight.
