The Kiwis (New Zealanders) call this 'tagging and bombing'......
I found graffiti along the railway tracks while travelling on trains in Auckland. (This was taken at a car park.) Graffiti is also found in the United States, Europe and United Kingdom.
Is there a way of harnessing these potentials and turn these into some art form? Are there ways to help these young people to channel those restless energies creatively?
To cover a wall like the one in the photo (not the best) required lots of paints...and this can amount to lots of money just to tagging and bombing. Can you imagine the state councils needed to paint over those graffiti...this means expending twice the resources and funds of public money!
Is this the way human beings retaliate at the system? Is this the way some vent out their frustrations during the teen years?
